Shipping & Handling
We work with lots of different suppliers and manufacturers and that is why the handling and shipping time may vary. You can always find the handling and shipping information for each product in the "details" section at the product's page.
if the product ships via "ePacket" service it would of be shipped from over seas and that shipping time is usually longer than domestic. The handling time may vary from 1-5 Business Days. The shipping time may vary from 7 Business Days to 17 Business Days, depending on the buyer's location.
If the product is being shipped with another shipping carrier that information will be available on the product's page as well.
We always do our best to speed up the process and make the shipping time as less as possible.
Once the product is shipped, we always send an email with the tracking number.

There is always FREE SHIPPING* that we offer fro all of our products (*excluding promotional and special order items).
We offer "EASY RETURNS" to our loyal customers. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product that was purchased, you can always return the product within 30 DAYS from receiving date. Please read the "RETURN POLICIES" below:
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by, once you receive the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged Goods/Missing items
If you have received damaged goods, please contact us at email@example.com with a picture showing the damaged item or a missing item. The support team will go over the details and get back to you as soon as possible with the available solution in your specific case. Once the return is approved, you will receive digital return label on your email address so that you can print that label and use it to return the product.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) or no refund is granted
- Book or Journals, etc.... with obvious signs of use will not be approved for return/refund.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery (if applicable)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Gifts (When applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please remember, we are always working hard to satisfy our shoppers with the best products and with the best and fastest service.
